A seasoned bodyworker with 20+ years of experience. My sessions cater to individual needs but move between deep tissue and Swedish massage, with elements of acupressure and myofascial release.
I have a background in competitive athletics that evolved into a passion for mind-body arts. I've studied traditional western massage and oriental medicine, Tai Chi, Aikido, Muay Thai, thai massage, and various schools of yoga.
