Hey all happy summer! While I’m normally Brooklyn based, doing bodywork on broadway actors and crew, I’m around Boston more this summer. I have 20+ years of experience and my sessions cater to individual needs but move between acupressure, deep tissue massage, with elements of myofascial release.
I have a background in competitive athletics that evolved into a passion for mind-body arts. I've studied traditional western massage and oriental medicine, Tai Chi, Aikido, Muay Thai, Thai massage, and various schools...More of yoga. I was trained and certified in Taoist massage and bodywork in 2005. I've been teaching classes, courses and workshops—nationally and internationally—integrating these skills since. I received my 200hr yoga teacher certificate in 2014, and started my company, MindfulMoves, in 2015.
