What makes me different? My life-long dedication to dance and movement. I have 10+ years of experience in the fields of anatomy, bio-mechanics, somatics and psychology.

My bodywork practice is a unique blend of styles. Myofascial, deep tissue, Shiatsu, Thai and more. Working with gravity’s support and mindful positioning, I apply steady pressure to melt deep holding patterns and decompress areas of chronic tension such as the hips, spine and shoulders. With every touch I guide your nervous system...More to a more regulated state. It’s important to me to take the time to listen and move at the pace of your body’s needs. Massage for me is an opportunity to give the nervous system a powerful reset and offer someone an experience of timeless presence in their body.
