I am an athlete and therefore I understand first hand how important massage is for conditioning of the body, as well as mental stress release.

Good massage allows for deep tissue relaxation, as well as enables mind to rest. I combine more then one style to create the perfect mixture of physical muscle release, no matter how athletic you are (guided elbow pressure used if necessary) as well as soothing neck, head and face massage.

One thing is for sure..., no part of your body can stay neglected in a massage. Unbalanced massages are a big no for me. Left and right are not always symmetric, a touch can tell what section needs more work to realign your body with good blood circulation.
