I start out with a hot warm towel to relax the muscles and then use a combination of deep tissue massage and Swedish massage to find the tighter areas of the body and in the end leaving you relaxed and invigorated from a whole body massage . I can also give Chinese massage to you as I learn techniques in China and I can Bring those techniques to you to give you a nice relaxing
