Hello gentlemen,
My name is Carlos Omar, and I have been a doing bodywork for over 30 years. I specialize in, deep tissue, Swedish, Sports and Trigger point release utilizing a primary (Lomi-Lomi) technique to help the body revert to being more balanced and a revitalized feeling of mind, body and spirit for an overall and complete wellness. My degree and experience in physical rehabilitation field has enabled me to work with clients with varies of physical limitations that includes... but not limited to, back pain, excessive hip pain due to excessive hip rotation, shoulder pain, muscular tightening and soreness and much, more...Or maybe… you are just looking to unwind and relax with a gentle Swedish massage.
Let my expertise and knowledge of the body through my degree in Occupational Therapy and accreditation from the American College of Sports Medicine, help you destress and assist you with meeting the challenges of everyday- living.
