Through a short Q&A before we begin your massage, I am able to personalize and structure your session around your body, and the goals you want to achieve.
Combining relaxing Swedish technique with energizing Thai stretching will relieve muscle tension, increase muscle flexibility, and help aid joint mobility. The flow is quite seamless working head to toe incorporating petrissage kneading where necessary to relieve knots and muscle spasms, thereby improving blood circulation for improved muscular function.
