Overview
Hello and welcome! My massage style is informed by 10+ years of yoga teaching. I know how bodies are supposed to move and can intuitively sense where blockages are. While each session is different, I like to incorporate breath and a bit of stretching into the massage. I'm also careful to ease into the more tender parts so you are never in a state of "ouch".
