My massage is deep tissue and I couple that with a chiropractic adjustment if wanted. I find doing both in the same session helps break up old adhesions, releases tension, improves flexibility and range of motion and relieves pain. I book up rather quickly so often do not have same day appointments. So if you’re looking for a fantastic massage that will leave you floating in the clouds afterwards I’m your man!
