What an incredible massage experience! I can't speak highly enough of the skill and technique of Cris. He worked magic on my tense muscles and released all my stress and worries. Everything was just perfect - from the pressure of the massage to the extra attention he gave to the areas that needed more work. His communication style was exceptional, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout the entire session. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and on top of the world. My preferred physical activity is Crossfit and I am desk bound for most of the work day, so I was feeling pretty beat up. Chris got me feeling lighter with improved mobility after my myofascial massage session. He does an initial assessment and is very attentive making sure to address any pain points and asking for feedback throughout the session. This is a great option for recovery for anyone who lives an active and/or desk bound lifestyle.

Had the opportunity to experience an amazing massage with Christos. He is skilled, focused on education and the client, and a has a lovely bedside manner. The massage is really spectacular and is almost more physical therapy in its results. My shoulders feel like new - enthusiastically and highly recommend!

I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. I just had my first massage with Christos. It was excellent. I’ve had dozens of massages across the US. I place this massage among the top 5, and I’m a tough grader. Access to the building was easy, the facility was very clean and the heated table very comfortable. I asked for a heavy pressure massage and Christos delivered. I’ve been going to Chris for a couple of years now and he’s always been professional in his approach to me. And he’s very sensitive to the needs of the client. I have an underlying chronic illness and he has looked into how massage affects that and works accordingly. He is also a very pleasant human being who cares about his clients and their health. One of the best masseurs I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him.

Chris is an excellent massage therapist! He is methodical and moves around the body at the perfect pace making sure that he addresses any concerns that I have. He incorporates some excellent stretching as well. In addition to being a great massage therapist, he’s friendly kind and has an all around great attitude. His studio is clean, comfortable and very nice to be in as well. I highly recommend Chris; he’s one of the best massage therapists in DC!

Massage is a very personal thing. To have a great massage requires someone who is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the human body, listens deeply to the client’s needs, intuitively reads where the stresses are, and engages with the body fully to create a relaxing, restorative experience. Christos does all of those things. In fact, he’s a master at ALL of them. I’ve gone to massage therapists over 30+ years, I’ve had good ones, some really good ones, and a few great ones. But Christos I put, hands down, at the top of the list. He’s a lovely guy who knows how to make you feel special and get the best of what massage has to offer.

He is professional, ethical, intelligent and genuine. He also has a great sense of humor if you feel like chatting at some point during a session.

If you you want a relaxing Swedish/traditional massage, give Christos a try. If you haven’t had an authentic Thai massage, treat yourself to one with Christos. It’s like a combination of assisted stretching, yoga and massage. He’s the best!

Visited Kristos for the first time, and the massage was excellent. I am a runner and he gave a great deep tissue massage. I highly recommend him!
