Overview
Using strong, traditional massage movements, I do my best to work in deep to release the tension in your muscles. As a former personal trainer and bodybuilding enthusiast, I know how to empathize with the client and hit the trouble points. First I start with a warm up light massage using a natural oil and then progress to a stronger, deeper massage once the muscles are warmed up.
