Overview
Very thoroughly done, connective strokes, non-disruptive, always attented, communication, educational tips on how to receive the best possible massage. I will ask a few questions to see if I can get to the bottom of a few corrective exercises and overall aftercare that I suggest. This can be from light touch to deep if requested. Please be an adult ask multiple questions in person day of seevice. No back and forth nonsense.

Was passing through Albany after a train from NYC to Lake George - I'm very glad I stopped in. John happened to have availability for a massage at the end of the day, fit me in, and did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

John is an extremely talented body worker who has the ability to go deep into muscle and not cause pain! Such technique feels great on the body. He is a warm and personable guy who is committed to healing through massage. The best I've experienced in a long time. Highly recommend.

John is a highly skilled bodyworker. He used massage techniques Lomi Lomi and Deep Tissue in perfect harmony releasing trigger points, muscle tension and joint inflammation on my back. I left feeling great and grateful.

I consider John the best thing that Albany has to offer. He is easy to communicate with, has a great space he works out of, and when it comes to the massage, he is incredibly talented. I prefer a deep massage and John delivers just that. His training is evident the moment he gets started and he remains consistent for the duration. Seeing John always makes me feel rejuvenated. The best masseur around.
