Alejandro gives a phenomenal massage. Kind, charming and a demon with his hands. I could have gotten a massage all day if I could have. I couldn't recommend it enough.

I had a lot of tension and was feeling tight and decided to get a massage from Alejandro at Mind & Body. The overall experience and end result was amazing and far more than I ever expected. I have had many massages and felt so refreshed and relieved after Alejandro worked on me. I am very active and workout a lot and Alejandro's massage methods and techniques targeted the muscle tension and caused it all to release. Alejandro provided a truly excellent massage. He was very easy to communicate with and responded very promptly. I contacted him earlier in the day and was able to schedule an appointment for that same evening. It was obvious that he is professionally trained with years of experience as the massage was amazing from start to finish! He also is very personable, down to earth and just an overall great guy! I highly recommend him and I can’t wait to schedule my next massage.

I recently saw Alejandro when I was in the Area on business. Booking an appointment was easy as he quickly responded to my texts. I arrived a few minutes early to his place. We chatted briefly as he was interested in knowing if I had any particular issues. The massage was perfect with just the amount of pressure, indeed very relaxing. Alejandro is very polite, handsome and clearly knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him and will certainly see him next time I am in the area.

First time getting a massage from Alejandro and the only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner. His profile, pics and reviews couldn't be more accurate. He's warm and genuine quickly making me feel like I had been to see him many times before. He has an intuitive style that allowed him to hit every part of my body that needed attention. Knowing that I had a long travel day ahead I booked a 90 minute massage session. It was amazing in all ways. I was greeted with a kind smile and once I settled on the table I knew this was going to be a special session. He founds knots that I didn't know I had. I wish I lived in the same town because I'd be a regular. Over the top happy.

After I told Alejandro about my strained muscle, he employed a variety of techniques, including deep tissue therapy, to address my concerns. His style is unique, and I left feeling much better. Last Monday I was able to get my first massage from Alejandro, He is such a super nice guy with a beautiful smile and personality to match. My back had been tight and i needed a really good massage to relax. Alejandro was the perfect guy for the job. He was very through and spent a great amount of time with each area of my back and shoulders. I was ready for the week to begin after his massage. I appreciate his attention to detail and time he took with me getting to know me and understand what my body needed. He is a true professional and very well trained. Alejandro is phenomenal. He has a natural gift of touch and he combines that gift with incredible and varied massage techniques. He exudes a warm, grounded, calm, and confident energy that created immediate comfort. My sense is that he tailored the experience for me and my needs.

Within 2 minutes I knew I was in good hands. Within 30 minutes, I’d already felt like I had gotten my money’s worth...and I still had 60 minutes to go. A really, really wonderful experience.

My massage therapist had to retire. I become concerned that I would struggle to find someone just as good or even better. I conducted some research, asking different people and reviewing places online and discovered Alejandro’s ad and thought I would give him a try.I suffer from work 10 hours a day, on my feet doing a very physical job, so I treated myself. Alejandro is one of the best masseurs I've ever met. He's very intense and takes his work seriously, but at the same time, he is extremely personable - it was like getting an amazing massage from a friend you are totally comfortable with. Will definitely be seeing him again.
