A man’s massage: This is a robust hybrid massage specifically for men. The message is based on sports massage technique with some deep tissue work where needed. This session has a significant focus on neck, shoulders, and back followed by hips, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Slow deep pressure with longer strokes that stretch the muscles, allows fresh blood and oxygen to regain flow into knotted cramped muscles that are in trauma. This massage technique is for every athletic guy

His demeanor was very friendly and his technique excellent! Really worked on my shoulder blade knots, which is where I hold my stress. Rob is amazing. I work out a lot and also have a very stressful job. The combination of sore muscles and tension from stress causes pain in my shoulders and lumbar area that few massage therapists have been able to relieve. From the moment you arrive, Rob not only expertly pinpoints the source of the pain and expertly works it out, but he creates a relaxing, warm and welcoming environment that also relaxes your mind. He is a magician. I've not felt this great in years and will never go to anyone else as long as Rob is available.

After two massages I had to write a review. What a nice professional man with very strong hands. He asked if I had any problem areas and then paid extra attention to them. My neck, shoulders and back feel much better now. Already looking forward to booking my next appointment.

I'd have to say my experience with Rob was quite amazing. He was extremely professional and was very skillful in his massage techniques. The massage was very thorough and Rob helped to make me feel very comfortable. He also helped relieve some ongoing tension in my lower back. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking for a much needed relaxing massage.
