Holistic Healing by Leo

I was so pleased with the massage I received from Leo last year, I booked him again during this year's visit to London in November. He is still in the same centrally located, easy accessible studio in Soho.
Leo was kind and attentive. After a few minutes of conversation, he put me on the heated table and covered me up to keep me warm during the preliminaries. Leo has a knack for knowing just the right amount of pressure, and he was careful with areas where I have previously been injured. My legs and lower back were in particular distress, thanks to the long flight in an uncomfortable seat, and Leo put extra emphasis there. Afterward, I was pain-free, and no longer had a limited range of motion in certain directions.
Leo also uses some sort of light therapy. It seemed to put me into a deep meditative state in which I had no sense of time's passage. When it was finished, I felt incredibly rested and mentally balanced. Guy
Once again, I am sorry I can't see Leo more regularly, and I highly recommend his services.

I booked a session with Leonardo last weekend. It was the most relaxing massage I’ve had. In some ways describing it as a massage doesn’t do it justice. It was a relaxation experience. Starting with breath work and aromatherapy before moving on to a deeply relaxing massage.Then he uses cupping which was a first for me and not unpleasant.
Leonardo doesn’t provide only muscle tension release, it goes far more than that. The man’s a genius at making you feel good. He continues with flashing light therapy to help you relax even further. No rushing you off when it's finished!

I visited Balance Soho yesterday. I had seen his advertisement and it looked inviting and had some very good reviews. At the weekend I was putting on my jumper and I had a sharp pain so I thought I had better see someone.
All arrangements were made and Leonardo also sent me instructions on how to get there. Easy as pie. I elected for the 130 minutes experience. On entering I was shown where to change and lay on the table. It was heated and the sheets were warmed. A very good start. Over the next two hours I was in heaven. Leonardo is very professional, trained and intuitive. He asked all the appropriate questions first. He stretched my legs and arms and got into all the niggle spots.
I had been experiencing some lower back pain as well as my shoulder area and he worked intensely on those issues as well as all others areas. May I say I came out feeling euphoric. The massage had ended with some sound and light therapy that I had not experienced. I felt calm relaxed and had no pain at the end of the session.The experience was amazing and I shall return. Phil

While visiting London in late September, I booked a massage with Leo, who I found on MasseurFinder. He is centrally located in the middle of Soho, which makes his studio easily accessible. Leo was friendly and personable when I arrived that morning, and I immediately felt comfortable. I had let him know in advance about my perfume/cologne allergies, so he was careful not to introduce any perfumes or incense into the room. He did, however, use eucalyptus oil in a diffuser, after checking with me, and I was glad that he did. It kept my sinuses from clogging up while I was face down on the table; now I carry a small bottle of it with me whenever I get a massage.
Leo gave me one the very best massages that I've ever had. He used exactly the right amount of pressure, and he found all of the tight spots and knots that I carry around, loosening them up and relieving the pain they cause. He believes in a balanced treatment, and it shows. More than any other masseur I've visited, he paid equal attention to my legs as to my back. He worked quads, hamstrings, and gastrocnemius very thoroughly, and relieved a very tight spot in my left hip. I felt great when I left, and that lasted the rest of my stay. I'm only sorry that I can't see him on a regular basis. I highly recommend his service, and I intend to book again on my next visit to London. Guy

My experience with Leo could not have been better. His massage studio in Soho is clean and welcoming and his massage skills are second to none. The two hours I spent with him were exactly what I needed, melting away my stress and leaving me physically and mentally rejuvenated. I could not recommend more highly

Leo was extremely responsive and accommodating. He made me feel at ease and very relaxed. This was my first ever massage and Leo did not disappoint. Would 100% recommend and will 100% go back again.

This was my first time with Leo and by no means my last. His friendly and prompt communication in booking quickly put me at ease, and set the tone for one of the best massages I’ve had in London.
Leo takes great care in his work and you can tell his passion for bodywork is genuine. His attention to detail and unique approach makes for an amazing and relaxing experience. In a big city like this, its easy to find therapists who are only in it for the wrong reasons, so It’s a rare treat to find one like Leo who truly uses intuition as a guide. Highly recommend!

Leo gave me what was without a doubt the best massage I’ve ever had. He has such an incredibly sensitive and aware touch, that I was immediately put at ease. I’d been having a lot of pain and tightness because of exercise, and Leo went right to the spots that were tight, and managed to apply just enough pressure so that I walked out feeling like a new man. He’s an incredibly kind and sensitive guy. I highly recommend him.
