Overview

I'm an independent, licensed massage therapist with my own business who likes to offer a customized session for each person I meet. I tune in with all my senses to understand what you're feeling so that I can make your massage soothing, therapeutic, and enjoyable.

I treat the whole body and include the abdomen, pelvis, and face in each session. I also pay attention to you holistically, so that no matter what area of the body I'm...More working on, I integrate touch that connects and treats across body regions.

I'm trained in techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and orthopedic massage. I touch with variable pressure ranging from deep to light and apply techniques tailored to fit with the natural contours of your body. I encourage people to ask for new techniques when you contact me or to bring them up during our session as I'm open to learn new styles. No massage is any single technique or approach, and I believe that our personalities interact to make each massage unique.

In addition to wellness massage, I welcome people who need treatment for injuries. We work with your concerns that you give me along with what I believe we can do better to improve your health. I bring to the session everything I know about living a healthy life. These are things like my yoga and fitness background, mindfulness and meditation practice, understanding of nutrition, massage therapy skills, aromatherapy, and using heat/cold therapies. In other words each massage I give has a fresh feel with goals we both bring to the table.

My equipment is high quality. I use a wide and comfortable table with an fully adjustable headrest, soft flannel sheets, pillows, aromatherapy, a warm heating pad, and soft oils or non-greasy lotions. You are welcome to come to my studio. It is well-kept, modern looking, and decorated to bring nature indoors. I'm also available to meet you at your home, hotel room, or business. I will travel to Chicago, the surrounding suburbs, and some parts of Wisconsin.

All men, women, and genders are welcome to my business. I have experience with all kinds of people including those who are older, married, single, gay, bi, queer, straight, transgender, and those who are unsure of their orientation. I work with people who are healthy, injured, ill, disabled, musicians, athletes, and many other kinds of people. The most common reasons that people come to me are because they want to receive care that improves their health and creates positive feelings. I really care about our personal growth, so I leave room for a lighthearted and friendly relationship.

When setting up an appointment it's best to call me so we can talk but also feel free to email or text me. If I can't respond right away, I will make an effort to get back to you the same day. I sometimes have same day availability. It's helpful to give me a range of times or dates you're available to meet. I look forward to offer you an amazing massage :-)
