Overview
My approach to massage is the culmination of 25 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients and individual needs. I believe effective massage is not simply about applying a particular technique, but about listening to the body and adapting each session to the person in front of me.
My work draws from several therapeutic modalities, including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Reiki, and Graston Technique. Sessions can range from gentle, restorative work focused on relaxation and stress relief

Erik has been my massage therapist for more than six years which is a testament to my faith in him and his expertise. He is a gifted, caring, sensitive artist who enjoys, thoroughly, what he does. During a recent visit to Naples, I was able to secure an appointment with Erik. The communication was easy and we scheduled a time. His studio was easy to find, clean, relaxing and beautifully appointed. He met me at the door with a beautiful smile and a welcoming attitude. Erik’s touch began easy and progressed during the massage. First, the back and legs and progressed to my feet and chest. The massage ended with touch to the head and neck. I would rate the experience as one of my top five massages. We parted with a sincere hug and a promise that I would schedule another massage on my upcoming visit.
