Overview
I Offer MALE CORE BODYWORK which is a system of muscular/soft tissue correction using a series of movements that aid the recovery and maintenance of damaged muscle/soft tissue in the abdominal/pelvic region. This is the "CORE" of the body where all important components are located. This "CORE" houses our center of gravity and plays a role in respiration, digestion, reproduction, and elimination. WHAT MALE CORE BODYWORK CAN DO... - Activates detoxification process in "CORE" - Clears congestion from and releases strictures around glands & organs. - Re-establishes cellular exchange. - Delivers lymphatic fluid to the cell for re-moisturizing dry muscle tissue. - Loosens and frees adhesions within and outside of muscle bundles. - Releases entrapped nerves and blood vessels in hard muscle and tissue.
My Training of Over 20 Years includes Many Modalities, Ranging from Warm Bamboo Massage to Ortho Bionomy of the Thoracic Region, Common Injury Treatment, Healing Touch and Reiki as well as MyoRhythmic Balancing.
Specific Therapies include Releasing of the Iliopsoas, Non-operative Shoulder Rehabilitation using current Concepts in the Evaluation and Treatment of the Painful Shoulder, Spine Health & Trunk Stability as it Influences the Thorax and Respiration.
I also offer Table Thai Yoga Massage which is a great treatment for many different body dysfunctions.
I also am Certified with the AACC as a Breaking Free Counselor.
