Transformative Touch by Tommy

I have been seeing Tommy on a regular basis for over a year now. I cannot express how much good he has done for me. The massages are fantastic, and I am never let down. They vary from session to session as my tension seems to migrate to different areas of my body. Initially, I had injured my back while weight lifting, which caused me to lose functionality in my legs.
I sought help from various specialists including chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, nerve specialists, and numerous doctors. Unfortunately, no one seemed to be able to help me or pinpoint exactly what I had done to myself beyond acknowledging the severity of my condition. A friend recommended Tommy, and given that I had nothing to lose, I decided to give him a try.
When I met Tommy, I recounted my ordeal to him. He admitted that he wasn't sure if he could help me but mentioned that he had taken classes in cranial sacral therapy at the Upledger Institute in West Palm Beach, FL. Unlike a regular massage, this therapy focuses on the different levels of fascia and the spinal column, specifically dealing with restrictions in the spinal cord tube that interrupt the flow of spinal fluid. It also addresses the compression of the disks and surrounding tissues.
Tommy felt that I had pinched a nerve in the lumbar region of my back. He worked on my back while I lay face up on an air mattress on his table and performed a series of very subtle stretches and traction across my entire spinal column. He worked on me for over two hours. By the end of the session, I was in much less pain, although I still needed to use my crutches.
The next day, I was astonished. I could get out of bed without any problems and was able to take baby steps without crutches for the first time in months. I continued to see Tommy every three days for three weeks, experiencing significant improvements with each session. His expertise and dedication have truly transformed my life, and I am grateful for the incredible relief he has provided me.

My wife and I moved into the Lewes Rehoboth area in 2020.We remained cloistered until this year. My wife really needed a massage, and she asked around and Tommy was highly recommended. She had her first appointment and could not stop raving about it. She convinced me to see him and all I can say is that he transformed my life. For the past several years I was having issues bending over and getting up and standing was a chore. Being an Ex-Marine I was not used to this. All the doctors said it was arthritis and it was just a fact of getting old. Being in my mid 40s I was not ready to surrender. Both myself and my wife really felt it was muscular. During the massage Tommy stated that based upon my symptoms he believed it was muscular and was coming from my hamstrings. Tommy’s massage is totally different from any massage I have ever had. He was slow and methodical, and no one has ever worked on my muscles like he did. It is much more therapeutic than the usual massage. It was strong but not overtly so. At times it was intense, but the results are amazing. He was working on my hamstrings in my left leg, and I felt him hit a knot that was very Ouchy. He remained on it slowly moving as I felt it release. Then all of a sudden, the pressure became really intense. His code word for enough is “uncle” and I was almost ready to say it when there was a pop and a major release in my hamstrings and instantly the pain disappeared and my leg and butt muscles and up through my back totally released. I was out of pain for the first time in years. When I got off the table, I was able to bend and squat without any issues. The following weekend I went to yoga with my wife, and I could do all the stances without pain or any issue. Since that massage I have been back and now do 2 hours. When the massage is over, I feel so good and relaxed. I actually went back to the gym as I can now exercise and workout without pain. Whether you have issues or not Tommy is the man to see! Tommy's massage far exceeded my expectations. I have had many massages, but never such an intuiative massage. His blindness is his advantage. I have never had such forearm and shoulder work that was so complete. His entire massage was full of such detailed work that I never experienced before. He gets a 10 on the thumbs up scale. I have already booked my next massage experience. His inclusion of energy work makes the experience extremely healing.

Very committed to ensuring the massage is the best it can be! From my muscles, or lack of - knew my left/right preference and worked out a a number of muscle knots! Have not been to other than his home - haven't been to studios where he works. can't wait till my next massage with Tommy!!
