I specialised in deep-tissue ,relaxing Swedish and sports massage whilst undertaking a personal training program. I really enjoy the aspects of the human body that can increase recovery times and draw attention to one's training and sports habits - helping us to shape our own regime and take better cares of our body."
Deep Tissue ;
massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue, focusing on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, such as athletes or patients with physical injuries.
is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. Five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, are used to manipulate soft tissue. Benefits include relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.
Sports massage ;
is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. Post-event massage can improve recovery time, enabling an athlete to resume training much sooner than rest alone would allow. When an athlete sustains an injury, skillful massage therapy can often speed and improve the quality of healing.

"I've always been into massage therapy. Growing up I was surrounded by sports rehabilitation and, as my father was the sports coach and masseur at the sports and recreation educational facility I trained at, I always learned to look after my muscles, work my injuries and, if I couldn't, my father was always there to work out any tension I had. It was only natural that I organically moved into massage therapy and learned the techniques he used. After a childhood of doing triathlons and various other sporting events, I eventually made the move into the part of sports I really enjoyed - the physical requirements and health behind the athlete.
