My work is deep and specific incorporating a variety of modalities and techniques. Your communication is essential in receiving a great massage. Tell me what you like. I am confident that I possess the skills and intuition that will offer you one of the best massages you have received. I have over 15 years in the industry with the majority of time I worked for the Four Season's catering to business professionals along with elite athletes. I was awarded "Best Massage" in San Francisco premiere arts and culture magazine a few years back. My Yelp reviews are abundant and you can see that just because I am a gay male, my clients are as diverse and from all walks of life. Feel free to check out my Yelp reviews. My practice began in South Dakota. Here I studied with a grannie named Alice Smith. In 1995 I moved to Boulder, Colorado and attended the Boulder School of Massage. This comprehensive curriculum included Swedish, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy/Myo-fascial, Deep Tissue along with electives in Watsu, Thai Massage, Hydrotherapy and more. I also completed a hospital based massage internship where I worked in hospice.
Originally from the Mid-West; I was raised in both North and South Dakota. Shortly after graduation I packed up my Subaru and rented a U-haul and drove to San Francisco with little more the $1000 dollars to my name.
My work has taken me all of the world. Whether I am working in a hospice unit or accompanying a family on the Hawaiian honeymoon this has been extremely rewarding profession for me. I even had an opportunity to manage a spa in a luxury boutique hotel/casino located in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
San Francisco has been my home for twenty years. I am professional traveler when I have the money and time. At this moment in time when I am not massaging it's likely you'll find me taking a class at City College San Francisco or possibly dusting off the fiddle for a little "Old Joe Clark."
