In this session, we will get to know each on a deeper level that allows for a clearer connection with oneself and therefore our relationship to others.
There is no experience required as brand new beginners are welcomed. If you are experienced, learn new ways to deepen your practice.
This nurturing, healing, meditative and practical approach will leave you feeling renewed, refreshed and mindfully energized. Great for those that are coming back from an injury or just overall exhausted mentally and physically. This is an experience that is unlike any other male massage.
I am certified with over 1000 hours of training. My emphasis is based on partners and beginners. I'm 6'00'17"5'40", toned, lean/in shape (practice yoga 6 days and light weights once/week).
All props (i.e. yoga mat, blocks, straps, towel, and shower is available if needed before and after the session) to help support your practice and will be supplied for the session.
