Location: Every Saturday I rent a massage room with a heated massage table in Union Square, and I am available for massages there all day. Every other day of the week, I am available for out-calls, or for in-calls at my apartment in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn.
I have been trained in providing effective deep work and to deliver hard pressure when desired, and can adjust according to the needs of each client. My philosophy is that deep tissue massage should be thorough, firm, and very deep, but I don't think it needs to be painful. I utilize myofascial warming techniques, which involves strokes much slower than Swedish. When I massage, my aim is to warm the connective tissue that surrounds each layer of the body's muscles, which encourages the muscle tissue to open up to deeper work. The resulting massage is slow, relaxing, firm, and even meditative. You will feel your own tissues responding to the slow warming, and myofascial massage often induces a relaxing, trance-like calm.
My practice is open to all persons, man or woman, male or female, gay or otherwise. I am always respectful and welcoming to all the men and women I treat. I operate out of a charming house in the lovely Ditmas Park, which is south of Prospect Park, off the Q line's Cortelyou stop. I do not live alone, but all massages are performed in a private space.
I appreciate all reviews so please do leave your feedback.
