This is my own specialized deep sport combo massage technique I created. Not only is it relaxing massage- but it is very beneficial 2. Working out your deep knots and pressure points inflammation areas all over your body and under the muscles. Using- rolfing and trigger point skills- I can get under the muscle and add or subtract as much pressure needed in the certain area- breaking down toxins and build up knots. Adding lomi lomi into it for the long strokes. combo with PT muscle stretching to the massage this way you can manipulate the muscle groups and inner joint pain or build up mass fluids and tight fibers and tendons floor. . Making sure your alignment/core and hip flexors R in proper place and shoulder and posture structure is even. I use my body weight to release the pressure of your body - because no matter what stretching you do on your own it cant compare to using another persons body mass . core locked up.
FYI :)) Its key to brake up the fluids in toxins that build up in your body over time- from the gym or life stress.. This way you get fresh and more blood flow n oxygen allowing circulate all over the the body. Allowing acid n fluids to be flushed out.. Rolfing helps with muscle fibers n knots under the muscles and rotaotr cuffs- calves-rhomboids-quads-it bands.
Lomi lomi is from Hawaii allows longer body strokes and more therapeutic edge- really stretching out spine and back. To get much better movement and recovery from sore muscles due to stress,gym,ad life.
