here is something special about the connection men have with each other. A man's body is constantly pressured by work, life, and other stressors. It is important to find a place where men can relax, unwind, and let it all go. Now, more than ever, it is important for men to have sanctuaries where they can receive healing and relaxing touch from other men. It is in the spirit of this ancient tradition that I offer body work to men. There is nothing more natural than men healing other men with their hands!

Does your body need deep healing pressure from work working out at the gym, playing sports, from working on your house or garden? Do you have soreness and tension from working too much? Perhaps you just need some nurturing, masculine that warms the skin, relaxes the muscles, and lightens the heart? My hands are here to help. I will loosen up all those tight muscles, and get you ready to return to the world refreshed and renewed!

Having been a diver, a gymnast, and a dancer I bring an intuitive knowledge of the body in motion. As a yogi, I bring a keen understanding of how the body is released. Sessions with me include a wide variety of modalities including Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, sports massage, myofacial, neuromuscular, and trigger point techniques. My work includes a mix of all of these modalities tailored to the individual needs of my clients.

Good massage and healing goes beyond techniques, however. For a massage to be effective the therapist has to tune into their client's body and spirit on a primal level. There is a very special energy generated when men heal other men and I find that dynamic exciting and invigorating. Each body is unique and bodywork is a dialogue. So much of its success is about a connection. I enjoy intuitively working with my clients coming from a place of deep trust to help them recharge and balance their energies.

My personal favorite modality is Thai yoga massage. This modality comes from Thailand and is performed on a soft futon on the floor surrounded by pillows. Thai massage blends pressure point work and stretching and is very beneficial to those who find themselves stiff, sore, and tired from over-exertion. It uses rocking, rhythmic compression and passive, yoga-like movement and stretches that refresh the body's vitality. Great for bodies that are tight from travel or being cooped up in meetings all day!
