Deep Tissue, Sports & 7 other techniques
My practice is grounded on physio-therapy manual massage techniques. Applying pressure is not a game. It takes intuition, education and holistic approach to produce the best healing and relaxing touches.
I treat to reduce and relieved headaches, aches, tensions, stress of fascia, muscles, tendons and nerves throughout the body.
Years of practicing on: Plantar Fasciitis, Rotator Cuff syndromes, forearm/hand pain or injury, low back pain-->Piriformis Syndrome or Sciatica..., knees and internal hip pain, etc.
On the heated massage table I use my hands, forearms and elbows. I can also use my lower extremities including my knees and feet if needed to apply deeper pressure. Highly intuitive with my limbs to produced an appropriate amount of pressure on the muscles and joints thus creating small mobilization and traction. A total bodywork.
I have treated people of all ages since graduate school.
Working together will help improve static and dynamic posture, improving motion by increasing elasticity of tight limbs and spinal muscles.

I take my education serious. I am trained to use hands-on techniques learned in licensing school combined with my intuitive skills. I spent hours honing my craft to provide a useful tool that will meet your needs. I provide total body work in welcoming cozy private studio. Outside of massage I do consulting work. Occasionally I practice some no-acting-skills required- performance at the Met.
