It can also reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression. It also helps you to relax, improve your workouts and improves sleep quality.

Before massage, I take a bit to understand what exactly you want done and also any areas you want me to put more time or pressure on. This helps us both be sure on what I will be doing to reach your intended goals.

I work on pressure points with no rush and just enough pressure to leave you relaxed and not sore for the following day.I do a combination of Swedish and medium pressure deep tissue.

My average time ranges from 90mins to 2hr sessions.
