give a Swedish massage using lotion or oil on a massage table at my apartment in Albany. Having practiced since 2007 I continue to take continuing education courses to stay up to date in this field. Swedish uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize. Massage has many benefits. It may help relieve stress, tension, anxiety, low back pain, depression, improves circulation, relaxes the body, improves skin tone and provides a feeling of well being.
