About him

Born & raised in New York of Dominican ancestry, I've cultivated my families holistic health practices from an early age on. Natural home grown herbal remedies, massage & spirituality has always been an integrated part of my daily life & well being.

In 2000 I pursued a rigorous classical massage training, at the Swedish Institute, a College of Health Sciences, in New York City. After years of diligent work in a few... reputable health establishments in New York City such as being a Chiropractors Assistant for Martino & Reagan Chiropractors & working as a massage therapist at Nickel Spa For Men, Sun Spa, Bliss Spa, New York Health and Racquet Club I felt the urge to continue my health studies. I wanted to help my clients improve their lives at a core level. My mission became to educate and guide clients, assist them in lifestyle changes, exercise, stretches, health awareness and nutrition.

In 2006 my passion of nutrition and herbal medicine brought me to pursue a masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, at World Medicine Institute, in Oahu, Hawaii. I feel truly blessed & gained much more then what I could have imagined and have fine tuned my healing skills, through acupuncture, oriental medicine and the art of qi gong healing.

In 2016 I spent two months traveling in Thailand,  where I studied Thai Yoga Massage at the prestigious Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai. I also learned herbal ball compress massage & tok sen : where a wooden hammer and mallet is tapped along the Sen (energy pathways on the body) with a steady staccato rhythm creating a vibrational feel, helping to open the channels and free any myofascial adhesions or other chronic pain disorders.

I have a variety of massage techniques, bodywork treatments, nutritional & herbal medicine advise to share, please feel free to inquire

After each of my Signature Massage treatment  you’ll leave feeling restored & balanced in body, mind & spirit.
