Overview

I am a professional massage therapist focused on both physical relief and deep relaxation. My training includes techniques such as deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and energy-based practices like Reiki, allowing me to approach each session in a holistic way.

My technique begins with lighter, flowing movements to warm up the muscles and help the body ease into the session. From there, I gradually adjust the pressure based on each client’s needs and preferences, working slowly and intentionally from head...More to toe. I focus on releasing tension, improving circulation, and creating a natural rhythm that helps the body fully unwind.

My philosophy toward bodywork is centered on connection, presence, and respect for the body. I believe massage is not just physical, but also mental and energetic. Each session is designed to create a safe, comfortable space where clients can disconnect from stress, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and restored.
