Professional massage in my private practice, I am trained in recovery for athletes back in Mexico, took a course on muscle recovery and worked in sports events as first aid. Then worked in a spa for another 3 years here in New York City. I do deep tissue and relaxation massage, from every day tension to contracted muscles.
