Overview

I've been practicing bodywork throughout most of my life. My practice moves between Eugene, Oregon, Portland, Price, Utah, LA and Santa Cruz.
In my experience, body and spirit healing are both a dance. Different paces and rhythms of intuitive motions help me identify and release tension in muscles, move energetic blockages, open and align joints, lessen swelling and relieve nerves.
In my body work, I prefer to start without oil, working the fascia and loosening up the muscles before...More using oil to further relax and release the knots and pain.
My main focus is body healing, but energy work is available on request.
I travel to you with with my table and speakers and oil. I may at times be able to host.
