I'm a practiced massage therapist, skilled in deep tissue and sports techniques. I love what I do, and you will love being on my table with my hands on you melting all of your stress away. I guarantee you'll step off my massage table moving better and feeling fully relaxed and de-stressed.

I work out of my calm and quiet studio space. I use fresh
linens and towels with every client, and utilize professional massage creams and oils...More. You are welcome to shower before and after the massage.

Many of my clients arrive with soft tissue, joint dysfunctions and postural deficiencies, known or unknown. I am frequently able to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve posture through application of appropriate massage techniques. I have significant practical knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology gained from training myself and others in the sport of bodybuilding. I can incorporate advanced techniques like cupping therapy and fascial scraping depending on your exact needs.

I can recommend books, websites, tools, and techniques that will let you self-maintain your own body, increase your mobility, and feel better as you move throughout life.

I also have a fully equipped private bodybuilding gym in my home and provide custom fitness training and nutrition advice, and guidance on supplementation to help you hone your physique.
