Overview
My technical background focuses on light to deep bodywork which I have refined over time beginning with courses at Esalen and through extensive international travel and experience. My technique involves a deep mind/body/spirit integration designed to alleviate stress, pain and general body tightness.
My cottage has a new padded table and soothing music to maximize your comfort and relaxation so that you leave the session feeling refreshed and renewed. Great location just a few blocks from Boatslip.
