Together we will take a moment just for you. We won’t think about work, or the task list, or phone call we’ve been waiting on. We will take a few deep cleansing breaths and just be in the present using ambiance and bodywork. My technique is simple, it is to create a space to accomplish the above. To discuss the areas that are bothering you and target the source. We will wrap up with a few breathing exercises
