My background as a yoga teacher, ballet dancer, and energy worker informs my bodywork technique on multiple levels. Your body, mind, and spirit will be guided through a rejuvenating journey of relaxation and release.

I use a variety of pressure intensities, strokes, stretching, breathwork, and percussion. Your muscles will let go of what needs to go. And your soul will receive the nurturing men...More require.
