Over the years, I have developed techniques to treat soreness & tightness throughout your body which are commonly caused by constant sitting, heavy sport activities, weightlifting and/or minor injuries.

Patrick’s secret weapons are his smile, personality, attentiveness, and excellent massage skills! It was by far one of the best massage experience I’ve ever had. With waistline and leg pain issues I need regular massages. Patrick’s understanding of how the body is connected, is a special skill, above many others. Not only is he pleasant to converse with, and his massage techniques effective, the overall calm and relaxing atmosphere that he provides is unique and doesn’t compare with many others. He is so incredibly accommodating, and affordable! I’ve had two sessions with him, and look forward to many more!
