I offer deep tissue, sports massage. With my personal training background I understand the body, it’s limitations and how to restore suppleness and relieve stress and tension out of the body.
I have a massage room at my fitness studio that is private, quiet and relaxing. As a bonus I also take you into the gym and show you some corrective exercises to help keep your body aligned so the next time you come in you won’t have
