Healing & Tranquility by John

Deep muscle massage has been a regular part of my adult life. John is one of the most talented masseuses I know. Creative and confident. What I appreciate most is his high awareness to what my body needs in that session, even more than l do.

Being a therapist myself, my profession involves me physically helping people get out of bed and sometimes strenuously getting them to move. I have real problems that require real solutions and John was the right masseur to handle them. Well-versed in his craft, John inquired about specific regions on my body that needed attention, but also has an innate ability to effectively pinpoint and work on my problem areas, apply the right amount pressure, utilizing various techniques during a full-body massage session. It’s not your typical massage. A great conversationalist, John put me at ease from the get-go, but allowed some needed quiet time to de-stress from a hectic work week. His attention to detail is superb: from alleviating the tension in my lower back, hips, and legs, to focusing on pressure points to relieve built up stress. Almost in a zen-like state, I'm like a wet noodle coming off the massage table, relaxed and refreshed to conquer the rest of my day. My massage with John was the most relaxing I have ever experienced. My life is rather stressful. Between my legal career and physically demanding hobbies, I am a walking Gordian Knot. John was able to help me finally start to relax some of the most tense places on my body. He even showed me how the stress I was holding in one spot was connected to tensions held elsewhere. His combination of therapeutic oils and aromatherapy was really the icing on the cake. The smells of lavender and eucalyptus really helped keep me at ease, while the other oils seemed to penetrate and relax my muscles.
With my work, safety is a priority, and I was thoroughly impressed with the precautions John took to protect me from COVID. He even gave me some great advice on how to adjust my workstation to prevent future stress. John is now my go-to masseur and I always look forward to my next appointment.

Skilled in what seems like an unlimited number of massage modalities, John is by far one of the best therapists you will ever encounter. I am admittedly not an easy client and thus far he has helped to improve my range of motion, reduce my pain level and overall improve my day to day function.

My only regret with my massage from John was I wish I had booked a 90 minute deluxe massage rather than just 60 minutes. I had no idea he would be so good! As I was on his table I kept thinking about how I wish I could cancel my next meeting and stay in bliss for another 30 minutes. I’ll not make that mistake again! John’s touch was amazing, firm, strong and his large hands that almost covered my back. He’s also a great guy, very warm, welcoming and made me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend him. Being a fitness nut, massage is essential to me. I've had dozens of therapists over the years. John is among the best. His training, creativity and instincts combine perfectly.

John is the best massage therapist I have been to after years of getting bodywork to help erase the tensions of sitting at a desk. I have knots in my shoulders and back that frequently fluster other therapists I have been to; they either gloss over them or use pressure that makes them worse. John uses multiple massage modalities to ensure my knots and areas of tension melt away. I have found that the cupping and graston techniques combined with heat therapy he uses really dissolve these painful places of tension. Thanks to John’s amazing skills, I always leave feeling like my posture is improved and the tension I hold is erased. Your body will thank you after visiting John!

I loved my last massage, there are 3 things I really appreciate:
1. How clean and professional your home studio was, the heated masssage table was an added bonus.
2. Your technique was superb, it is very obvious of your international training because I've never experienced a massage like yours before.
3. The timing of the massage, I have had some massages from this site that were advertised at 60 minutes and only lasted 20-30 minutes, you actually went over a few minutes and I appreciate the extra attention you gave along with listening to where I was sore and needed focused work.

I have to be honest I was skeptical when my friend Bill told me that you were the best massage in Atlanta. But after my first massage with you, OMG! He was so right!
