My massage uses a blend of highly intuitive, relaxing strokes that flow between deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques. I focus on trouble spots which brings healing and speeds up recovery time.

Massage helps to reduce stress and relaxes your body and mind. For out calls, I travel with a table and use biotone lotion.
