Know that massage is a great modality for recovery from vigorous workouts or work-related physical stressors! I use a variety of techniques, which include a combination of Swedish, sports, deep tissue massage, and manual stretching. I provide a strong and intuitive personalized massage with my style and methods. I strive to create the healing connection needed between my client and me. I assert that my clients leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and recharged.
