I had a back issue and wanted to see if a massage would alleviate my discomfort. I read Jay's profile and reviews, decided to try him, and I'm glad that I did. His table was really comfortable, the music was soothing, and he has great hands -- large, strong, comforting, and warm. He asked about my trouble spot, then really worked it over with his hands and elbows; he also used a great technique during the remainder of the session. I scheduled a 100-minute massage, but he texted me while I was on my way and said that something unexpected came up and that he could only do an hour. No worries -- it was well worth the drive across town in rush-hour traffic. I look forward to another appointment with him soon.
