My philosophy is that wellness is the key to having a high quality life, where the 7 dimensions are merged: physical, intellectual, spiritual, social, emotional, environmental and occupational. Massage is one of the best ways of promoting and maintaining your wellness. I may ask about your lifestyle, and discuss different ways how you can improve or promote your well-being.
At each appointment, you will be asked what kind of massage you'd like, e.g. Swedish, Sports, or Deep Tissue. My approach is very relaxing and therapeutic; while you are lying on a heated table, soft music is being played. The massage room has warm colors and is cozy. It is also next to a spa bathroom. You will be asked from time to time during the massage if you are comfortable and the pressure meets your desired level. My service are professional and therapeutic only.
