I believe the relationship between the body and mind is important for preserving optimal health and wellness. Whether we experience physical or emotional injury, the trauma can manifest in specific points in the body. Injury can cause various forms of pain and discomfort, limit range of motion, and ultimately throw us out of balance. I have a comprehensive understanding of body psychology. The relationship between the body and mind is of upmost importance. I can bring awareness to your body by helping you return to balance. My techniques vary. I employ many modalities in order to accomplish my goals. I believe in breaking down various scar tissue buildup and blockages. My favorite type of modality is deep tissue. I enjoy longer sessions. While massage is a luxury it's also a necessity and way of life that shows that you love yourself. I try to get a massage at least once every two weeks. I love what I do most of the time. Please feel free to contact me with questions or to set up an appointment. Please check out my website link below for more information.
I’m a 6” 1’ 32 year old born in San Diego with 12 years massage experience. My personal belief is that life is always about growth and improvement. Whether working construction and home improvement, improving the health and wellness of myself and others, or simply learning from life’s mistakes… it’s all about moving forward. Currently I am going through some life changing events such as exploring different aspects of my personality in an effort to better get to know myself.
I had a magnetic draw to the Bodywork field and it just felt right. I started massage school after high school. I am an intuitive bodyworker. I would almost say I'm psychic when it comes to giving your body what it needs. The ability to help people overcome barriers through bodywork is a true blessing. My old schools motto was "healer heal thyself." At the time, I did not understand it. Now it makes perfect sense. Overcoming my own challenges makes me humble, grateful, and more-than-willing to continue my personal growth and self-improvement. When I fall down which I do often I get right back up and keep pushing forward. I work daily on trying to be authentic in all that I do. I enjoy biking, swimming, running and weight training. I can honestly say that most of my days are spent experiencing joy and laughter. Today the thing that brings me the greatest pleasure is the ability to have a fun, exciting, relationship with myself that I never thought possible. I crack myself up and when I take myself to seriously I know I need to step back and take a breathe because all I have is this moment, right now.
