During the m4m Relax massage I use a combination of techniques and begin the massage by coaching you through your breathing which will allow you to relax and to be present in the moment. I start at your feet and slowly work my hands up your legs to your back matching movements to breaths allowing you to sense your muscles being worked. As my hands work up your body you will feel the warmth of my touch on every inch of the backside until I reach your neck where I'll begin to work my way under your chest motioning you to turn over. Here I will rub my hands across the front of your chest and down your stomach before I work my way back down your legs and to your ankles. I will be the heathy food in your diet leaving you nourished and secure. Private shower and fresh towels are provided for before and after.
