After an amazing Summer, I am back in Provincetown for only 10 days with my unique brand of total men's Bodywork. This relaxing yet therapeutic bodywork is designed for a man by a man. Hands down, the most complete and comprehensive deep tissue and sensual Bodywork that a man will find to take his body to a place that it has never been. A personal trainer with more than 20 years in the fitness industry, I am also a gay man who knows how a body works and what the male body needs to feel great and to function optimally. Using a combination of deep tissue work, intense stretching, and a sensitive, sensual touch, this work will introduce your body to a sense of calm, relaxation, and wellness that you may not have ever felt before.
In a quiet and peaceful, climate controlled environment, my methodical approach will give each muscle group the attention that it needs. And my sensitive and intuitive touch will release tension and stress that you didn't even know your body was holding. It's an experience that you won't soon forget, and you will without a doubt find yourself coming back for more.
A Personal Trainer with more than 20 years of one-on-one client experience, I am certified by the American Council on Exercise and the National Association of Sports Medicine. My education is in biology with a heavy focus on anatomy and physiology. Continuing education has been aimed primarily at overall wellness, and includes course and practical work in PNF Stretching, Basic Nutritional Counseling, and Muscle Function and Development. All of this, along with an incredibly upbeat attitude and a positive outlook on life, give me the tools needed to afford you a uniquely satisfying Bodywork experience.
I'm a happy guy, and I love the city, the country, the beach and being outdoors. The gym and working out have been a major priority in my life. I enjoy my body and feeling good both inside and out, and want everybody else to have that same experience. I don't believe in pain -- or living with it. A lot of people out there have the attitude that "they're just getting older" and "I guess I'll just have to live with the discomfort." I say why, when there just may be a simple (and affordable) solution. This is the attitude that I hope to pass on to the world, and I enjoy being a part of the pain-free solution!!!
