You played hard over the summer. Reward your body with a massage.
Only get an hour for lunch? I now offer 45 minute massage sessions for guys on the go!
I've been a practicing massae therapist since graduating from massage school in 1993. In addition to a skilled, intuitive touch I use Communication skills to determine what you need and want from the experience. Normally, I start with light massage strokes to warm up the muscles before working on deep tissue. This helps reduce the chance of bruising after the massage. I often have same day massage openings available.
My specialty is neck, shoulder, and back work. After working years at a computer, I have a feel for what office workers need to alleviate stress. My massage is so soothing it's common for my clients to fall asleep.
I work out in a gym about 3 times a week, so I know how to relax exercise muscles. This can include passive stretching and deep tissue massage.
I've survived some serious health issues and have empathy with those in that kind of situation. No need to feel self-conscious about your body when you come to me for a massage.
Most of my massage experience has been serving gay and bi men and helping them relax and nurturing them with healing, intuitive massage. Straight men and first-timers curious about massage always welcome!
Part of my studio space is used for the creation of art. You will see completed and in-progress works of my orginal art. It's a quiet, contemplative space.

I'm a college grad with massage school training. I've also used gyms for 29 yrs. and was employed in one for 3 years. As a survivor of some major health setbacks, I have a special understanding of clients working their way back to health. I'm a foodie and love trying new types of cuisine, attending art shows, and making people laugh.
