I called Troy around noon on the chance he would be available that afternoon. I was surprised when he answered the phone. Too many masseurs today don't answer phones, requiring you to leave voicemail, then you never know if they will call back. When someone answers the phone, that is a definate plus.

We set up the appointment for that afternoon. When I arrived at his East Side apartment, I was warmly greeted. Another plus.
