ve been massage therapist for the past two years. I use holistic approach toward my work with detailed focus on every structure that needs to be addressed. Having had experience in various movement therapies such as Rolfing and Feldenkrais method, I incorporate a lot of "awareness through movement" exercises in the session, as well as various therapeutic techniques when needed. I have experience for over four years as a personal trainer and I can work with various physical conditions, as well as focus on improving sports and athletic performance. My philosophy and approach toward my work is to induce the minimum amount of stimulation required in order to engage the healing mechanism of the body and to unlock the body's potential toward movement and physical expression.

Date: March 8, 2010 Overall rating: I had Mitko as a massage therapist for many treatments already. He has shown himself to be honest, caring professional who truly has the best interest in his clients. When I first came I had many issues with pain all over my shoulders. In few sessions only he treated my problems and I had been very pleased with the pain free movement that I currently enjoy. I’ve recommended him many times and I’ll continue to do so! May I say, most of the guys at this site do not live up to what they say for time, ambiance, and personal care. Mitka delivers a first class personal spa massage. Best music, best oil, and tailor made man for man care. I'm hooked and will be back. First class professional.
