Believe the other reviews that rave about Dean. Hands down the best massage I've had in quite some time. He is a true professional that knows exactly where your pains are. Not only did he give an amazing deep tissue massage, he also went over my major problem areas another time to make sure the knots were addressed. The stretching he incorporates feels amazing, and there is no other masseur who is better at working your hamstrings. I hope to make Dean my regular massage therapist in San Francisco because, really, no one else compares.

Dean gave me a superb therapeutic massage a year ago; and exactly a year later he also gave me another superb similar massage. Low-key and never calling attention to himself, Dean is extraordinarily thorough and attentive. He is truly there for the client; and I was very comfortable in his nimble, therapeutic hands. I'll be back.

Dean gave the massage in a dedicated massage room his home that was very comfortable and the perfect temperature.

As for the massage itself, it doesn't get much better then this. Dean has magical hands and knows how to apply the right amount of pressure to work out the stress. Although he specializes in deep tissue massages, he will adjust the pressure as requested. When Dean was done, I felt like a new man.

Dean is a maestro of the deep tissue massage, and I was pleased to be the beneficiary. He effectively applied various pressure points to my back. While it took an initial adjustment I began to appreciate his deep tissue massage, finding it to be quite beneficial. Dean also made effective use of other techniques such as sports medicine and Swedish techniques. Especially welcome were Dean's deft application of elbows and arms in this therapeutic massage. Dean does a body good. I was a little apprehensive at receiving a "deep tissue" massage, but I knew that my tense body needed the forceful kneeding that Dean expertly provided. He knew exactly where to apply the pressure, and he was very attentive as to what I thought my trouble spots were. He is also a very, very personable therapist; a very down to earth person. I will certainly visit him again.

Dean is one of the best massuers I have ever had work on me. He is kind, professional, highly skilled, strong and very handsome. Dean always works slowly, deliberately and with a single focus, to relieve the knots and tension in one's body. I highly recommend him.

Dean is one of those RARE finds in a sea of masseurs. He is very attentive and does his best to help fix what is bothering you. His massage techniques are superb!

I'm a runner an on occasions, my leg and back muscles give me problems. I can always rest assured that Dean will fix them. Once after a massage session with him, I went back home to do a 5 mile training run. To my surprise, I better my best time by two minute. I attribute that to his healing hands.

Dean is a beautiful man! It was an absolute pleasure to have him massage me! It is very rare to have the real life person be more attracvtive than the photos, and in this case he is! And the massage was sublime! I could feel the confidence and experience in his touch. He was firm, had complete control of my body, he included streaching and some very deep work, I was in total bliss. I have had many massages by different men on the internet, and have paid twice the money for half the massage, Dean is the best deal out there! Truly the pinnacle of his profession!

I called Dean on Monday morning, Dean returned my call within an hour and we were able to set up an appointment for the afternoon. Dean was very friendly and professional over the phone, he asked me a few questions and gave me perfect directions to his studio/home, he has reserved client parking which was very convenient.Dean answered the door with a smile, and I was pleasantly pleased to see his photos don't lie, what a handsome man! Dean is in a traditional San Francisco flat on Russian Hill next to the cable car line and offers a free parking space--a real treat, especially considering the congested neighborhood. The massage room is very small, but the table is large and well padded. Dean inquires about problem areas before starting. His massage is firm and he kneads the muscles thoroughly. Although he does not seem very large he was able to exert more than enough pressure for me. He paid special attention to knots in my back that I had been otherwise unaware of.
