I offer a skilled intuitive touch and am adept in a range of massage modalities including Swedish, sports massage, and deep tissue techniques such as trigger point. From feather-light to working the deepest layers of muscle, I'll provide a thorough massage using a range of pressures suited to you. Whatever your needs, I'll manipulate your body into a relaxed state, working your muscles and other connective tissue to release all the tension and ache until you feel you've melted away.

Every massage session is designed to achieve the goals you and I set before we begin. Before each session we will confer about your immediate and long-term priorities. They might include pure relaxation and stress relief. They might include relieving tension and pain. Or recovery from a workout or event. Most likely your priorities - and so my goals - will be to address a combination of needs. I will craft your massage thoughtfully and tactically to do just that.
